H2Stamping
The H2Stamping Group specializes in the manufacture and sale of stamped, drawn, and bent parts (in particular current-carrying stamped parts), plastic-moulded stamped parts (in particular current-carrying connectors and assembled components), as well as the manufacture and sale of the tools required for this. As one of the world’s leading manufacturers of connectors, H2Stamping primarily supplies renowned Tier-1 suppliers in the automotive industry. With its product portfolio, which is increasingly in demand in the field of electromobility, the company is also strategically well-positioned in other sectors such as the electronics industry. The Group employs around 1,000 employees across Germany (HQ), Mexico, Poland, China, and the United States, and generated combined sales of c. EUR 188m in 2022. H2Stamping Group was formed in 2024 from the companies HÄRTER Group and Hoffmann GmbH, which were acquired by ESSVP IV in February 2022 and December 2023.
