The Härter Group specialises in the manufacture and sale of stamped, drawn, and bent parts (in particular current-carrying stamped parts), plastic-moulded stamped parts (in particular current-carrying connectors and assembled components), as well as the manufacture and sale of the tools required for this. As one of the world’s leading manufacturers of connectors, Härter primarily supplies renowned Tier-1 suppliers in the automotive industry. With its product portfolio, which is increasingly in demand in the field of electromobility, the company is also strategically well-positioned in other sectors such as the electronics industry. The Group employs around 1,300 employees across Germany (HQ), Poland, China, and the United States, and generated combined sales of c. EUR 188m in 2022. Härter was acquired by ESSVP IV in February 2023.
