Westhouse Group
The Westhouse Group consists of former Future Consulting- and Westhouse Consulting entities which have been acquired by ESSVP in April 2019 and April 2020, respectively. Being merged under the Westhouse Group brand name over the course of a buy-and-build strategy, the Group is ranked fourth among IT staffing platforms in Germany and is characterized by a wide location network and a well-balanced client portfolio. Westhouse benefits from the growing IT recruitment market in Europe, driven by macro factors such as the shortage of qualified IT personnel, a broad digitalization backlog and an increasing need for flexible working solutions. The Group employs around 200 employees across 14 offices in Germany, Switzerland and Italy and generated combined sales of c. EUR 200m in 2019.
